Judge Dillon Publishes Decision on VA Early Entry Case

On January 31, US District Court Judge Elizabeth Dillon published her Memorandum Opinion and Order regarding motions filed by Mountain Valley Pipeline and landowner counsel on the issue of early entry through eminent domain.
