MVP Files Request for NTP No. 8, Supplemental Materials

Mountain Valley Pipeline filed an eighth Request for Notice to Proceed on February 5. The document was filed in the FERC Docket for the project under the heading “Notice/Motion to Depose submitted in FERC CP16-10-000 by Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC, et al.” rather than the more accurate description of such requests used in previous filings.

In this request, MVP seeks to begin construction of the pipeline and facilities in Harrison, Doddridge, and Lewis Counties, WV.

MVP asked that FERC issue the Notice to Proceed by February 9, 2018.
