MVP Files Request for Notice to Proceed No. 11, Supplemental Materials

Mountain Valley Pipeline filed their eleventh Request for Notice to Proceed on February 20, seeking permission from FERC to begin hand tree-felling activity on properties associated with the Blue Ridge Parkway. If granted, tree-felling would begin on four parcels in Roanoke County, VA and one parcel in Franklin County, VA.

MVP asks that FERC grant the request by February 23, and included in their filing an email from David Anderson, Resident Landscape Architect/GIS & GPS Coordinator for the National Park Service for the Blue Ridge Parkway, granting MVP permission to begin tree-felling on behalf of Bambi Teague.

Anderson states in the email that the National Park Service is “continuing our review of the appraisals and have not yet determined or can approve the estimates you provided as far as value.”
