On January 31, MVP filed the following supplemental information to accompany Requests for Notice to Proceed 4 and 5

Mountain Valley Pipeline filed two Requests for Notice to Proceed on January 26. Request 4 asks that a Notice to Proceed be granted by FERC by January 31 to begin construction of access roads in Wetzel, Harrison, Doddridge, Lewis, Braxton, Webster, Nicholas, Greenbrier, and Monroe Counties in West Virginia. Additionally, Request 4 asks for permission to begin construction of the pipeline and ATWS in Wetzel County, West Virginia.
Request for Notice to Proceed 5 asks that FERC grant MVP permission to begin construction of access roads, pipeline, and ATWS in Giles County, Virginia.

In addition to Requests for Notice to Proceed 4 and 5, MVP also filed Supplemental Materials to its Implementation Plan for Environmental Condition 24 of the FERC Certificate on January 26.
Environmental Condition No. 24 requires the following:
Prior to construction, Mountain Valley shall file with the Secretary, for review and written approval of the Director of OEP, water supply contingency plans, prepared in coordination with the Public Service/Supply Districts, outlining measures to minimize and mitigate potential impacts on public surface water supplies with intakes within 3 miles downstream of the workspace, and Zones of Critical Concern within 0.5 mile of the workspace. The measures shall include, but not be limited to, providing advance notification to water supply owners prior to the commencement of pipeline construction. (section 4.3.2.2)
This Supplemental Materials filing includes the Water Supply Contingency Plans for the two public water supplies with intakes within three miles of construction — the Craigsville Public Service District on the Gauley River in West Virginia and the Western Virginia Water Authority Intake on the Roanoke River in Virginia, the intakes for which are 0.6 miles northwest and 1.2 miles west of the construction right-of-way, respectively.
