Mountain Valley Pipeline filed Request for Notice to Proceed No. 15 March 13.
In the filing, MVP requests permission to begin construction of pipeline segments in Harrison, Doddridge, Nicholas, and Monroe Counties, WV, and in Giles, Craig, and Montgomery Counties, VA. MVP also requests permission to proceed with construction of facilities in Harrison, Lewis, Nicholas, Summers, and Monroe Counties, WV, and in Giles, Craig, Montgomery, and Roanoke Counties, VA.
In addition to requesting Notice to Proceed in the aforementioned areas, MVP attached the Management Summary for the Greater Newport Historic District to the filing.
MVP asked that the Notice to Proceed be issued by March 14.
MVP followed up their Request for Notice to Proceed No. 15 with supplemental information filed March 14, clarifying that the request includes the area between approximately MP211.1 and MP211.2 in Giles County, Virginia.
