MVP FERC Extension Comment Period Guide

Things are heating up in Appalachia with Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) seeking an additional FOUR years at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to complete the MVP. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment for our STOP MVP movement, and we would appreciate your support in conveying to FERC that this project cannot go forward. The comment period deadline has been extended to July 29th, 2022!

The public comment period ends July 29th, 2022, and this letter will be submitted to FERC to docket Nos. CP16-10-000, CP21-57-000 and CP19-477-000 as referenced in this notice
