Mountain Valley Pipeline filed their Weekly Status Report No. 13 on January 31. In the report, they noted that construction activity has not yet begun.

MVP also filed their sixth Request for Notice to Proceed on January 31, in which the request FERC to grant Notice to Proceed with pipeline and ATWS construction in Monroe County, WV. MVP requests that the Notice to Proceed be issued by February 5.
