MVP FERC Extension Comment Period Guide
Things are heating up in Appalachia with Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) seeking an additional FOUR years at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to complete the MVP. This is an all-hands-on-deck moment for our STOP MVP movement, and we would appreciate your support in conveying to FERC that this project cannot go forward, and that FERC must extend the public comment period to allow our voices to be heard!

MVP Announces Further Delays and Budget Increases
The Mountain Valley Pipeline announced today that it is delaying completion of the project to 2023, increasing the project’s cost to US$6.6 billion, and seeking new permits in a conference call with financial analysts.
